Please be mindful of the service you choose, due to the other booked appointments and length of service you preoccupied. If you book a shampoo and you may need a relaxer or color that will add to your stay at salon and possibly run into the time of another book appointment, leave a comment at the time you book and I will confirm it at that time. I want to continue to keep each client satisfied, serviced in a timely matter and give great customer service. Thanks in advance

Please note that we require 24 hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We know that life can be hectic and that crazy things pop up last minute;
You will be required to pay in advance for your next scheduled appointment.
If you are late to your appointment please call us and leave us a message letting us know. We will then be able to modify your appointment to fit our remaining time together, as we cannot be late for our next scheduled appointment.
